Danielle Marinho holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a postgraduate degree in Tax Planning, as well as in Tax Law and Tax Procedure.

She serves as an Assistant Professor of Digital Taxation in the postgraduate program in Digital Law (CEPED/UERJ) and is a researcher in Fiscal Justice, Taxation, and Gender at UERJ. She also acts as a Tax Research Assistant at FGV/RJ.

Danielle is the President of the Special Committee on Tax Law of the OAB/RJ – 1st Subsection and a Board Member of the Associação das Tributaristas Cariocas. She is also a co-author of legal books and scholarly articles.
