Real Estate Law
We provide legal counsel to both corporate and individual clients in drafting lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, donation agreements, barter agreements, and comodato (loan for use), among other real estate transactions, with multidisciplinary support from our Tax Consulting practice.
We also act in civil actions related to evictions, collection of rent, lease renewal and revision actions, consignments in payment, and adverse possession (usucapião).
