The André Teixeira, Rossi, Andrade & Saadi Law Firm was founded in 2006 by professionals with solid academic background, trained in the best law schools in the country and abroad, graduates of large law firms and audit and consulting companies (Big Four). With offices in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, professional partnerships in Vitória and Brasília, the firm operates throughout the country and abroad with Brazilian partners qualified to practice in the United States (State of New York) and Portugal, and corresponding firms in the most diverse foreign jurisdictions.
Having Corporate Law as its main vocation, especially in the tax and corporate areas, the Firm, in addition to offering extrajudicial advisory, has a strong role in strategic litigation in the civil, commercial, corporate, tax, constitutional and administrative areas, serving national and foreign companies in different economic segments, according to international quality standards.
The Firm has recognized leadership in matters related to the taxation of the oil and natural gas industry, both in the upstream and downstream activities, and has extensive experience in the analysis and development of complex tax and corporate structures, including the use of tax regimes and special customs, such as REPETRO, Drawback, among others.
In addition, it has solid experience in legal-corporate matters, contract analysis and corporate governance, with a strong presence in family businesses and the development of succession planning in Brazil and abroad.
Both the Firm and its partners are recommended in international rankings such as Latin America Legal 500 and International Tax Review, with the Firm recently being nominated as Oil & Gas Sector Tax Law Firm of the Year in Brazil by the English publication Global Law Experts, and the Senior Partner André L. P.
